**Study Summary** This study is about understanding how *intermittent pneumatic compression* (IPC), a treatment involving repeated squeezing of muscles, helps recovery after exercise that causes muscle damage. It focuses on healthy university students who regularly exercise. Participants will do a tiring workout using a special device called a *flywheel*. Then, they will receive either the IPC treatment or a fake treatment (the device will be off) to see which helps them recover better.
