Study Focus: This study is looking at how taking creatine (a natural substance that helps energy in muscles) and ubiquinol (a form of coenzyme Q10 which helps produce energy in cells) for 8 weeks might improve sperm quality in men. Sperm quality is important for male fertility, which is the ability to have children.
Eligibility: Men aged 18-35 with a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI) can join. They must have a sperm quality test done, and about half of the participants will have lower sperm quality. Participants should not have major health issues, should not have used dietary supplements recently, and should not be in other studies.
- Study Length: 8 weeks participation.
- Visits Needed: You may have to come for tests and check-ups during and after the study.
- Compensation: Participants might receive compensation for their time.
**Note:** This study involves taking creatine and ubiquinol supplements, which are generally safe but should be discussed with a healthcare provider if you have concerns.
