This study investigates the use of selinexor as a maintenance therapy for patients with multiple myeloma who have undergone CAR-T cell therapy. Multiple myeloma is a condition that can be difficult to treat, especially in patients who have already received several types of therapy.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and toxicity of selinexor in patients with high-risk features following CAR-T cell therapy. Researchers are interested in understanding whether selinexor can work with CAR-T cells to improve patient outcomes.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with triple-class exposed or refractory multiple myeloma, who have high-risk features and have received CAR-T therapy, are eligible. Participants must have adequate organ function and agree to use contraception.
- Study details: Participants will receive selinexor to evaluate its effects after CAR-T therapy. The study will monitor safety and toxicity. A placebo is not used in this study.
