This study is testing a new medicine called NNC0174-1213 for people who are overweight or have obesity. Obesity means having too much body fat. The study checks if the medicine is safe and how it works in the body. Participants will get either the new medicine, another medicine called cagrilintide, or a placebo, which looks like the medicine but has no active ingredients. The choice of which one you get is random, like flipping a coin. The study lasts about a year.
- Participants must be male, aged 18-55, and have a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 27.0 and 34.9.
- Participants must weigh at least 80 kilograms (about 176 pounds).
- Participants will be screened through medical tests to ensure eligibility.
Remember, participating in any study involves risks and benefits. Make sure to discuss with your doctor before deciding.
