This study aims to see if a new drug, NNC0662-0419, is safe and works well for people with obesity. Obesity means having too much body fat, and this study focuses on finding the best way to increase the dose of this drug for treatment.

Eligibility: You can join if you're 18 or older and have a BMI of 30 or more. BMI is a way to measure if your weight is healthy for your height. You also need to want to lose at least 25% of your body weight. However, if you are allergic to the study drug or have been taking other obesity medications recently, you can't participate.
