This study looks at how well ThermaCare® Knee Heatwraps help with knee pain from **osteoarthritis**. Osteoarthritis is when the cartilage in your knee wears down, causing pain. This study will last about 11 days. Around 80 participants, age 19-69, will use the heat wraps for up to 7 days, 8 hours each day.

To join, you must be 19-69 years old, understand the study, and have a recent knee X-ray. People with severe allergies, recent knee surgery, or skin issues cannot join. Participants should not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
