This study is looking at a new medicine called NNC0487-0111 to see how well it lowers blood sugar and helps with weight in people with type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is a condition that makes your blood sugar too high. NNC0487-0111 is not available from doctors yet and is being tested as tablets or injections. Participants might receive either NNC0487-0111 or a placebo, which is a "fake" treatment used for comparison. The choice is random, like flipping a coin. The study will last about 43 weeks or around 10 months.
- The study involves wearing a device to monitor blood sugar.
- Participants must be between 18-75 years old with stable diabetes medication.
- Some eye conditions or recent medication changes could prevent participation.
