This study tests the combination of three drugs, **belantamab mafodotin**, **pomalidomide**, and **dexamethasone**, to treat high-risk myeloma, a type of blood cancer. **Belantamab mafodotin** is a special medicine that targets cancer cells, while **pomalidomide** is a chemotherapy drug that stops cancer from growing, and **dexamethasone** reduces inflammation. The goal is to see how well these drugs work together and if they are safe for patients. Patients in the study will receive **belantamab mafodotin** through an IV (a needle in the vein) every other cycle, and take **pomalidomide** and **dexamethasone** by mouth over a 28-day cycle. Participation includes follow-up visits every 3 months after treatment ends.
