This study tests a new treatment called BMS-986393 for people with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. It is for adults whose cancer has come back or hasn't responded to other treatments. The treatment uses a special type of cell called a CAR T cell to target and fight the cancer. CAR T cells are a kind of immune cell that’s been changed in a lab to better recognize and kill cancer cells.

To join this study, you must have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma and have tried at least four different treatment types. Your cancer should have worsened during or after your last treatment. You should be in good health overall, with no serious infections or brain involvement from the cancer.
