This study is testing how well two drugs, venetoclax and tocilizumab, work together for people with a type of blood cancer called t(11;14) multiple myeloma that has come back or won't go away. Venetoclax is a medication that helps stop cancer cells from growing by blocking a protein called Bcl-2 that cancer cells need to live. Tocilizumab is a special kind of medicine known as a monoclonal antibody that helps prevent cancer cells from spreading and also treats side effects from other immune therapies.

In this study, participants will receive tocilizumab through a vein in their arm (intravenously) and venetoclax by mouth (orally) in cycles that repeat every 21 days. The study will help find out the best dose and any side effects of these medicines.

  • Length: Participants will be followed up for 4 weeks after treatment, then every 6 months.
  • Visits: Regular visits are required during and after the treatment cycles.
  • Risks: Possible side effects include those typical of cancer treatments, like infections or low blood counts.
