This study is for people with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM), a type of blood cancer that has returned after treatment or didn’t respond to previous treatments. It compares two treatment combinations. The first is iberdomide with daratumumab and dexamethasone (IberDd). The second is daratumumab, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (DVd). Iberdomide is a newer drug being tested for its effectiveness.

The study has two parts. In the first part, 200 participants will receive different doses of iberdomide or the DVd combination. In the second part, 664 additional participants will be divided equally between the two treatment groups. Participants will continue treatment until the disease worsens or they withdraw from the study.

To join, you must have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma, have tried 1-2 previous treatments, and have a performance status score of 0-2, meaning you are fully active or have some symptoms but are still able to work. You cannot join if you have other specific medical conditions or have taken iberdomide before.

  • Duration: Participants are treated until disease progresses or they opt out.
  • Visits: Regular follow-ups for disease assessment.
  • Eligibility: Must have tried 1-2 previous treatments and be physically active based on a specific score.
