The CHRONICLE Study is a research project to understand severe asthma, a condition where breathing becomes very difficult. People in this study have severe asthma that doesn't improve with strong medicines called inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) and may need more treatments like systemic corticosteroids or monoclonal antibodies. This study doesn't change how doctors treat patients; it just collects information about their asthma and treatments using online surveys. The study lasts for at least three years, and patients are followed until they leave the study or pass away. Information from at least 1,500 patients across the US will help understand how different treatments work over time.
- Study participation lasts at least 3 years with monthly online surveys.
- No changes to your current asthma treatment will be made.
- Participants must have severe asthma and be 18 years or older.
