This study looks at how a medicine called dupilumab helps adults with moderate to severe asthma. Asthma is a condition where your airways get swollen, making it hard to breathe. The study will compare dupilumab with regular asthma treatments to see if it helps keep lung function stable. It will last about 3 years, with a treatment phase and follow-up visits.

Participants must be 18 or older, have had asthma for at least a year, and currently use asthma medicines like inhaled corticosteroids. Corticosteroids help reduce swelling in the airways. The study will check if your lung function improves with treatment. You'll also need to have had at least one severe asthma attack in the past year.
