This study investigates the use of stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) in patients with oligo-metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It focuses on both synchronous and metachronous oligo-metastatic conditions, which are characterized by a limited number of metastatic lesions.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of SABR in controlling tumor growth and improving survival rates. The study will explore how SABR, when combined with targeted therapies or immunotherapy, can potentially enhance treatment outcomes for patients with NSCLC.

  • Who can participate: Adults with histologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have synchronous or metachronous oligo-metastatic disease are eligible. Participants must have an ECOG Performance Status of 0-2 and at least one target lesion suitable for SABR treatment.
  • Study details: Participants will undergo stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) to target all visible cancer sites. In some cases, SABR will be combined with targeted therapies or immunotherapy. A placebo is not used in this study.
