This study is looking at how well a medicine called *povorcitinib* works for people with asthma that isn't well controlled. Asthma is a condition where your lungs find it hard to breathe sometimes. *ICS-LABA* means inhaled corticosteroids and long-acting beta-agonists, which are medicines that help keep asthma symptoms away. If you have been taking these for over a year and still have trouble, you might be able to join. You need to be 12 years or older and have had asthma attacks that needed a doctor's visit or hospital stay in the past year. You cannot join if you smoke, use vaping products, or have other serious health issues like heart problems or certain types of cancer.
