Study Overview: This study aims to reduce violence between romantic partners caused by alcohol use. The focus is on young adults, both men and women, who have been drinking heavily and shown violent behavior. The study will send helpful text messages just before or during drinking episodes to prevent violence.
Alcohol Intoxication: This means drinking too much alcohol, which can lead to aggressive behavior.
Intimate Partner Violence (IPV): This is harm or abuse that happens between people in a romantic relationship.
Eligibility: Participants must be 18-30 years old, drink alcohol often, and experience heavy drinking episodes. They must also be in a romantic relationship and have shown violent behavior in the past three months. Participants need to provide their phone number and agree to receive text messages for one month.

- No Exclusions: Anyone meeting the criteria can join.
