This study aims to see if a dietary supplement called citicoline can help with sleep and thinking in people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), a condition that often affects memory. Researchers will also look at certain markers in the body that are linked to Alzheimer's disease. Citicoline has been used safely before in older adults with memory problems and is well tolerated. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either citicoline or a placebo (a pill with no active ingredient), and neither they nor the researchers will know who gets which until the study ends. This is called a double-blind study to make sure results are unbiased.
- Length of Study: Participants will have their baseline markers checked and follow-ups scheduled.
- Eligibility: Must be 60 or older, have MCI, and access to the internet.
- Risks: People with certain health conditions or on specific medications cannot join.
