This study is about helping people with Alzheimer's Disease (AD) sleep better and think more clearly using a citicoline supplement. **Alzheimer's disease** is a brain disorder that affects memory and thinking skills. **Citicoline** is a dietary supplement that might help with memory problems and sleep. The study will last 3 months, and participants will take either citicoline or a placebo pill (looks like medicine but has no active ingredients). The study is **double-blind**, meaning neither the participants nor the researchers know who is taking the citicoline or placebo, to ensure fairness.
To join, participants must be 18 or older, have AD, live in the US, and have internet access. People with certain health problems or irregular work schedules cannot join. The study will check sleep and thinking skills using different tests.
- The trial lasts 3 months with two visits: one at the start and one at the end.
- Participants will take 1000 mg of citicoline daily or a placebo.
- Some people might not be able to join due to health conditions.
