This study is focused on checking how well a new medicine, called retatrutide, works for people who have Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) and are either overweight or have obesity. It also looks at a group of people who have a sleep problem called obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The study will last about 89 weeks, which is a little over 1.5 years, and involves up to 24 doctor visits. To join, you need to have a body mass index (BMI) of 27 or higher, be on a steady diabetes treatment for 90 days, and have tried losing weight before.
