This study is testing how safe and tolerable a drug called tirzepatide is for kids with obesity. Obesity is when a person has too much body fat, which can be harmful to their health. The study will last for about 13 weeks, not including the time needed to check if a participant can join.

To join, kids need to have a Body Mass Index (BMI) that's higher than most kids their age and gender, and they must have tried but failed to lose weight through diet and exercise. Girls must not have started puberty yet. Some reasons a child might not be allowed to join include big weight changes recently or if they have other health conditions like diabetes or certain digestive problems.
