This research study looks at how well a new medicine called retatrutide works for people who are overweight or have obesity. Some participants also have knee osteoarthritis (OA), which is joint pain and swelling in the knees, or obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a condition where breathing stops and starts during sleep. The study will last about 89 weeks and will include up to 24 visits to the study site. Participants need to have a high Body Mass Index (BMI), which is a measure of body fat based on height and weight. People with conditions like high blood pressure, sleep apnea, or heart disease might also join.
