Phase N/A

Study Overview: This research aims to track outcomes for patients undergoing a weight-loss procedure combining two methods: gastric mucosal ablation and endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (ESG). ESG is a non-surgical technique that changes the stomach's shape to resemble a sleeve, promoting weight loss. However, it doesn't affect the stomach's fundus, an area associated with appetite-controlling hormones. This study explores the effects of including the fundus in the procedure.

  • Duration & Visits: Participants will be monitored over time, but the specific number of visits isn’t detailed.
  • Eligibility: Participants must be 18-65 years old, have a BMI between 28 and 55, and agree to dietary changes.
  • Risks & Safety: Previous small studies showed the procedure is safe without serious issues, but long-term outcomes are still being studied.

Eligible individuals must follow dietary rules and possibly birth control measures for women. Those with certain health conditions, psychological issues, or recent weight-loss treatments may not qualify. Participation involves agreeing to ongoing monitoring and data collection.
