This study explores how well a medication called COMP360 works for people with treatment-resistant depression (TRD). TRD means a person's depression hasn't improved after trying several medications. The study involves 568 participants and uses a method called randomized, double-blind, meaning neither the participants nor the researchers know who gets which dose.
