This study focuses on how well valbenazine works for people with tardive dyskinesia (TD). TD is a condition where people have repetitive, involuntary movements, often due to long-term use of certain medications. This study will look at how patients and doctors report changes in quality of life and other health aspects over 24 weeks while taking valbenazine.
Eligibility: To join, participants must be at least 18 years old and have certain mental health conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder. They should already be on stable medication for these conditions. People with other movement disorders, like Parkinsonism, that are worse than TD, or who have serious health issues, cannot join.
- Study Duration: 24 weeks
- Participation: Participants must be stable outpatients
- Considerations: Cannot have other serious movement disorders or health issues
