Granular Corneal Dystrophy (GCD) is a rare eye condition where small deposits form in the cornea, potentially affecting vision. The current treatments often require surgery. This study tests a *Neodymium-doped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet* (Nd:YAG) laser as a less invasive treatment. The laser aims to break down the corneal deposits safely. **Nd:YAG laser** is a special tool that uses light to target and disrupt the deposits without surgery.
Participants will first have eye tests and imaging to see the deposits. Then, the laser treatment will be done with local anesthesia. Afterward, some might need antibiotic eye drops for about a week. Follow-up visits will happen one week and three months after treatment to check on the eye's health and see if the laser worked.
