Ova-Max Study on Egg Quality: This study looks at how Ova-Max, a supplement with vitamins and antioxidants, affects the quality of women's eggs. Good egg quality is important for successful In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Women will take Ova-Max, which includes nutrients like Chasteberry, Melatonin, and Myo-Inositol, for three months. The study checks if these nutrients help improve egg quality during IVF.
Study Process: Participants are randomly chosen to take either Ova-Max or a placebo (a fake pill) without knowing which one. Ovarian stimulation involves giving medications to encourage the ovaries to produce eggs. The quality of the eggs is graded on several factors, including shape and size.
- Study lasts for 3 months.
- Participants must be under 46 years and doing a specific fertilization method (ICSI).
- Cannot join if you have endometriosis or are using other supplements.
Considerations: If you are eligible, participating can help you understand more about your egg quality and potentially improve IVF success. Always discuss with your doctor before joining.
