This study is about helping women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) who have trouble getting pregnant. PCOS is a health issue that affects a woman's hormones and may cause infertility (difficulty in getting pregnant). The study tries to help these women by using a method called transvaginal ablation of ovarian tissue, which means using a special procedure to treat the ovaries through the vagina with the help of an ultrasound (a machine that makes pictures of the inside of the body).
Key Points:
- The study lasts for 3 months and includes follow-up checkups.
- You will be part of the study if you're between 18 and 40 years old and meet other specific conditions.
- You should not have certain health issues like being pregnant or having a BMI (Body Mass Index) over 40.
Participants need to follow certain rules and provide informed agreement to be part of this study.
