This study compares two techniques, **3D-MRE** and **2D-MRE**, to improve the management of portal hypertension in people with cirrhosis. Cirrhosis is a liver condition often caused by long-term liver diseases like hepatitis or alcohol abuse. Portal hypertension refers to increased blood pressure in veins that supply the liver, which can be dangerous. The **hepatic venous pressure gradient (HVPG)** is a measure used to assess this hypertension, but it involves invasive procedures. The goal here is to find a non-invasive way to predict HVPG using magnetic resonance elastography (MRE), which is a type of MRI that measures the stiffness of tissues in the liver. This study will help determine if 3D-MRE is more effective than 2D-MRE.
