Renal Denervation (RDN) is a procedure to help people with high blood pressure, also known as hypertension (HTN). This study looks at how proteomics—the study of proteins in the body—can predict if a person will respond well to RDN. Before the RDN procedure, researchers will take a urine sample from participants to study proteins. This will help them see if certain proteins can tell who will benefit most from RDN. Participants are people aged 18-80 with high blood pressure. They will have their blood pressure checked before and three months after RDN to see if it improved. This study might help doctors choose the best patients for RDN in the future.
