This study is testing a treatment for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, a type of liver cancer, that has a high risk of coming back after surgery. The treatment uses a combination of drugs: hepatic arterial perfusion chemotherapy (delivers medicine directly to the liver), Lenvatinib (a medicine that stops cancer cells from growing), and Adebrelimab (a type of immunotherapy that helps the immune system fight cancer). Participants will undergo 2-4 cycles of this drug combination before having surgery to remove the cancer.
- The study includes 2-4 cycles of treatment followed by surgery.
- Participants must be between 18-75 years old and pass certain health tests.
- Eligibility requires a cancer diagnosis confirmed by a doctor.
