Atrial Fibrillation (AF) is a common heart rhythm problem that can be dangerous. In this study, doctors are trying to understand if changes in the autonomic nervous system (which helps control heart function) can help predict AF coming back after a treatment called Pulmonary Vein Isolation (PVI) ablation. Ablation is a procedure that uses heat or cold to stop the faulty electrical signals causing AF. The study focuses on people with a type of AF called paroxysmal AF, which comes and goes.

Researchers will look at the heart's activity before and after ablation to see if they can predict if AF will return. The goal is to improve treatment success and help doctors decide who might need more help to prevent AF from coming back.

  • Participants must be willing to receive PVI treatment for their AF.
  • The study will closely monitor heart activity to predict AF recurrence.
  • People under 18, over 75, or with certain health conditions cannot join.
