**Laparoscopic Surgery Study** Laparoscopic surgery is a type of surgery where doctors make small cuts instead of large ones. This helps patients heal faster, with less pain and bleeding. During this surgery, doctors use carbon dioxide gas to make space inside the body, which can sometimes increase the pressure inside the head, known as **intracranial pressure (ICP)**. To check this pressure, doctors can measure the **optic nerve sheath diameter (ONSD)** using an ultrasound, a safe and easy test that uses sound waves to create images of the inside of the body. In this study, doctors will use an ultrasound to measure the ONSD during surgery to see if there's a change in pressure. They'll look at the area 3 millimeters behind where the optic nerve enters the eye. This study is for adults aged 18 to 75 who are having laparoscopic surgery and are classified as ASA I, II, or III (a system to rate a patient's health before surgery). **Key Points:** - Age range: 18-75 years and having laparoscopic surgery - Non-invasive ultrasound measurements during surgery - Not suitable for those with eye diseases, past eye surgeries, or certain health conditions.
