Study Overview: This study is for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a disease where the immune system attacks the central nervous system. Many people with MS feel very tired all the time. Current medicines help with some MS problems, but not with tiredness. Exercising can help with this tiredness and improve muscle and heart health. This study will explore if exercise programs that are personalized, done at home, and started early can help reduce tiredness. Study Details: Participants will use a mobile app to guide their exercise at home. To join, you must have MS diagnosed recently or have had symptoms for less than 5 years, feel very tired, and be able to walk for 10 minutes. You'll need a mobile phone with internet and agree to take part.
  • The study is designed for those with high fatigue and early or advanced MS.
  • Participants will use a mobile app for guided exercises at home.
  • Participants must not have recent medication changes or other health issues affecting study safety.
This study aims to see if personalized exercise can make people with MS feel less tired.
