This study is about helping adults who survived the devastating earthquake in Kahramanmaraş. The program offers four group sessions to support their emotional and mental health. It was created by expert therapists to help people feel better by using their personal strengths. The aim is to see how well this program works in improving their lives.

The earthquake on February 6, 2023, affected many provinces and caused great loss. This led to serious mental health issues like Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety. PTSD is a condition that happens after a scary event, causing stress and worry. To help, the program uses group meetings to teach ways to handle emotions, including being mindful, which is paying attention to the present moment.

  • The program has four group meetings and aims to improve mental health.
  • Participants must have experienced the February 6 earthquake in Kahramanmaraş.
  • You cannot join if you are already getting psychological treatment for earthquake-related issues.
