This study focuses on Adhesive Capsulitis (AC), a condition causing pain and stiffness in the shoulder. It happens when the tissues around the shoulder joint thicken, leading to a loss of movement. This study will compare traditional exercises with those using Virtual Reality (VR) to see which is more effective in improving pain and movement for AC patients.
Participants will be divided into three groups:
- Group A: VR exercises plus home exercises for 3 weeks.
- Group B: Traditional therapy plus home exercises for 3 weeks.
- Group C: Home exercises only for 3 weeks.
Each group will have 20 people, totaling 60 participants, who are aged 18 to 65 and diagnosed with AC. Sessions last 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
- This study lasts 3 weeks with daily 30-minute sessions.
- Participants will have a physiotherapist to guide them.
- VR exercises aim to increase motivation and recovery speed.
