This study is testing a new drug called YZJ-5053 for people with advanced solid tumors (a type of cancer). The study has two parts. Part 1 is to find out how much of the drug can be safely given, and to see how people handle it. Part 2 is to decide the best dose for future studies and to check safety again.

To join, you must be at least 18 years old and have solid tumors that can't be treated with standard therapy. You should also be in stable health, and have a life expectancy of over three months. You cannot join if you are pregnant, have certain health issues, or have had other cancers recently.
