Study Summary: This study looks at a treatment called Transcatheter Arterial Micro-Embolization (TAME) using a product named Nexsphere-F. It's designed for people aged 19 to 80 who have chronic pain in their elbow or wrist that hasn’t improved with regular treatments like medication or physical therapy. The goal is to check if this treatment can safely reduce pain further.

Chronic pain means long-lasting pain that doesn't go away. Embolization is a procedure where tiny particles are used to block blood flow to certain areas, which can help reduce pain. The study will track pain levels using a system called the VAS (Visual Analog Scale), which scores pain from 0 (no pain) to 10 (worst pain).

Participants will be evaluated over a period of up to 6 months to see how well the treatment works and if there are any side effects. They will have regular check-ups to monitor their pain levels and overall health.
