This study tests special eye drops for people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who have dry eyes. Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease where the body's immune system attacks its own joints, causing pain. The study will use two types of eye drops: SYSTANE™ Hydration Lubricant Eye Drops and 0.1% Fluorometholone, which are steroid-based drops. The goal is to see if adding these eye drops helps reduce dry eye symptoms better than just using steroid drops.

Participants will use the eye drops four times a day for 12 weeks. The study will have four phases and take about 12 weeks total. It's for people 18 and older with RA and dry eyes who meet specific health checks.
