This study compares two types of radiation treatments for men with prostate cancer that has either returned or spread a bit. **Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)** is a special kind of radiation that targets tumors precisely and can be done in about 1-2 weeks. **Hypofractionated Radiotherapy** delivers higher doses over 4-6 weeks. Both aim to minimize damage to healthy tissue while treating cancer. The study checks which treatment has fewer side effects, especially those affecting the urinary and digestive systems. **Key points to consider:** - **Duration:** SBRT takes 1-2 weeks, while hypofractionated therapy takes 4-6 weeks. - **Visits:** Regular follow-ups are required, initially every 3 months, then annually for up to 5 years. - **Risks:** Possible side effects include urinary and digestive issues, which are monitored closely during the study. Eligibility requires a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer with specific conditions. Certain medical histories, like previous pelvic radiation or serious heart issues, may exclude participation.
