This study is about how walking affects swelling after a rhinoplasty (nose surgery). Usually, people have swelling and bruises around their eyes after this surgery. Many ways like medicines or ice packs have been tested to help this but there isn't one best method. Researchers noticed that tourists who walk a lot have less swelling, so they want to test if walking helps.
In this study, patients aged 18-40 having their first nose surgery will be grouped. Some will use a step counter to track walking. Groups will have different walking goals, like 5,000 or 10,000 steps. Photos of their faces will be taken for 9 days to check swelling and bruising. A special watch will count their steps. The study hopes to show if walking more helps reduce swelling after nose surgery.
- Study Length: 9 days of step counting and daily photos.
- Participation Requirement: Must be aged 18-40 and having first-time nose surgery.
- Equipment: Xiaomi Mi Band 5 given to track steps.
