Study Purpose: This study seeks to understand how common internet addiction is among adults in Hong Kong and how it affects their mental health. Participants will complete a questionnaire about how much they use the internet, along with questions about depression (feeling very sad), anxiety (feeling very worried), sleep quality, and quality of life (QOL). The study also considers the impact of COVID-19 and the popularity of the Metaverse, which is a virtual world people can interact with online.
- Participation: Complete a questionnaire.
- Eligibility: Adults aged 18-40 living in Hong Kong who can speak Cantonese and write Chinese.
- Exclusion: People with known cognitive or communication problems.
