In this study, researchers are looking at different treatments for people with colorectal cancer (a type of cancer that starts in the colon or rectum) that has spread to the liver. These liver spots are called liver metastases. If there are 10 or more of these spots, the study wants to know if treating them with surgery, ablation (a way to destroy cancer cells), or SBRT (a type of precise radiation) works better than just giving chemotherapy to help patients live longer over five years. **Key Points:** - **Participation Requirement:** You need to be 18 or older, have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver, and be able to have surgery or specific treatments. - **Study Duration and Follow-up:** Participants must be willing to follow up until the end of the study or until they pass away. - **Potential Risks and Benefits:** The study aims to see if the more aggressive treatment helps patients live longer than chemotherapy alone.
