Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM) is a type of cancer that can't be cured, but treatments can help. A medicine called Venetoclax is already used for some other blood cancers. It works by blocking a certain protein that stops cancer cells from dying. In a study, 84% of people with WM responded to this medicine, meaning their cancer got smaller. But we don't know how well it works for French people in real life. This study will look at how well and how safely Venetoclax works for people with WM in France.

  • This study will not require any new treatments since it looks at past cases.
  • Eligible participants must have Waldenström macroglobulinemia and have been treated with Venetoclax.
  • No one will be excluded from participation in this study.

People with Waldenström macroglobulinemia who have been treated with Venetoclax can participate if they don't oppose joining. This study is important to understand if Venetoclax is a good choice for people with this disease in real life, especially in France.
