This study tests a new drug called LAD603 in healthy adults. They want to see if it's safe and how it moves in the body, which is called pharmacokinetics (PK). The study is in two parts. In Part 1, volunteers will try different single doses. In Part 2, they will try multiple doses. Each person in Part 1 will be in the study for about 8 weeks, and in Part 2 for about 14 weeks.

- Study involves healthy adults aged 18 to 65 years.
- Participants should not have certain health issues and must agree to safety rules.
To join, participants need to be healthy, between 18-65 years old, and willing to follow the study rules. They should not have serious health problems like heart disease or cancer, and must not be pregnant or breastfeeding. Participants must not have used certain medications or drugs recently.
