This study looks at gefurulimab, a medicine given under the skin, to see how it moves and works in the body, called pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD). It also checks safety and how well two devices (a prefilled syringe and an autoinjector) work. Healthy adults aged 18 to 65 with a body weight between 50-110 kg can join. Participants will be placed in groups based on their weight and will get a single dose of 600 mg gefurulimab using one of the devices.
- Duration: The study lasts up to 162 days, including screening and evaluation periods.
- Visits: Participants stay in the clinic from Day 1 to Day 5 and return weekly until Day 50, then every two weeks until Day 92.
- Eligibility: Participants must be healthy, have no serious medical conditions, and have appropriate vaccinations.
Ensure you have no history of certain infections or allergies before considering participation. Participants should not have been vaccinated with a live vaccine recently or have any liver disease. Compensation details are not specified in the study description.
