This study is comparing two types of nerve blocks to help with pain after shoulder surgery. A PENG block (Pericapsular Nerve Group Block) and an LV-ISBP block (Low-Volume Interscalene Brachial Plexus Block) are being tested to see how long they relieve pain and any side effects like a phrenic nerve block, which can affect breathing. Before the surgery, patients will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups and receive their nerve block. Both blocks use bupivacaine, a type of medicine that numbs the area. Patients will then have shoulder surgery and their pain levels will be checked at different times after surgery. They might receive morphine if needed for pain.

• The study will take place at a Cairo University hospital and involves a shoulder surgery.
• You must be between 18-60 years old and in good health (ASA status I or II) to participate.
• Patients will be monitored closely for any side-effects or complications.
