This study is for people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), a lung condition that makes it hard to breathe. Patients between 18-75 years old, who have a stable condition and a smartphone, can join. Participants will be split into two groups: Standard Exercise Program (SGr) and Chair-based Exercise Program (ChGr). SGr will do regular exercises, while ChGr will do exercises from a chair. All training begins at the hospital, and both groups will do exercises at home with help from videos and online physiotherapist sessions. The study lasts for 8 weeks, requiring exercises 5 days a week. Participants will have regular follow-ups through calls to ensure exercises are done correctly.
