Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a condition that causes pain, numbness, and tingling in your hand, especially the thumb, index, and middle fingers. It's caused by pressure on the median nerve in the wrist. This study looks at how Bioptron light therapy can help pregnant women with CTS. Bioptron light is a special kind of light that might help reduce inflammation and aid recovery without drugs or surgery.
Participants will be divided into two groups: Group A will receive Bioptron light therapy for 10 minutes, 3 times a week, for 4 weeks, along with advice. Group B will get advice only, for the same duration.
- Study lasts 4 weeks with 3 sessions per week.
- Pregnant women aged 25-35 with CTS symptoms for at least a month can join.
- Conditions like diabetes or recent hand injuries will exclude participation.
This study is a randomized control trial, meaning participants are randomly assigned to groups to ensure the results are fair and reliable.
