Phase N/A

Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining inside the uterus grows outside it, causing pain. This study explores a tele-rehabilitation program to help women with chronic pelvic pain from endometriosis. The program includes pain education, therapeutic exercises, and breathing techniques.

Participants will be divided into two groups. One group will do exercises and learn about pain through a platform called TRAK, while the other group will get information on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The goal is to see if these methods reduce pain, improve movement, and enhance quality of life.

The study will last several months, with evaluations before and after the program, and then again at 3 and 6 months later. Only women aged 18 to 55, diagnosed with endometriosis, and experiencing pelvic pain for at least 3 months can join. They also need to have access to an electronic device and email.

  • Duration: Several months with follow-ups.
  • Participation: Online sessions and exercises, or receiving health information.
  • Eligibility: Women 18-55 with endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain.
