This study is about helping people who have had a stroke improve their arm and hand movements at home. The program being tested is called the Graded Repetitive Arm Supplementary Program (GRASP). A stroke is when blood flow to the brain is blocked, which can cause muscle weakness. Participants will either use the GRASP program or regular therapy exercises at home. They will do these exercises for 4 to 6 weeks, three times a week. The study will check how well the exercises work by measuring arm movement and interviewing the participants before starting, right after finishing, and three months later.
Key Points:
- The study lasts 4 to 6 weeks, with 3 exercise sessions each week.
- Participants must be 20 years or older and have had a stroke that affects their arm.
- You should not join if you have other arm/hand issues or severe pain.
